Welcome to Deirdre’s World of Vocal Coaching, where she has been teaching in person lessons for more than 40 years, and online since 2010. She has worked with students globally to include the UAE, USA, India, and Europe. Working online is no different than working in person. Deirdre works with students from the age of 9 and up. She is now accepting in person students at her Vocal Studio in Aurora, Colorado. Coaching Services include:
1-on-1 Lessons
Students are able to avail of 30-45-60 minute lessons weekly. Each lesson starts with vocal technique after which students work on the song they have prepared. Fees to be paid on a quarterly basis at the beginning of the quarter.
Music Examinations
Students are coached for Music Examinations if they choose to do examinations. Music Examination Boards include:
- Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM), Toronto, Canada
- RSL Awards, United Kingdom
Students would register for the exams on their own under the guidance of Deirdre, buy the required books and pay the fees directly to the respective examination board.
Auditions & Competition Preparation
Students are coached for Auditions and Competitions in technique, song preparation, choosing of repertoire, and complete presentation. Audition and Competition prep is for a minimum of 12 weeks. Fees to be paid prior to training.

General Requirements:

- Inform Deirdre 24 hours in advance if unable to attend failing the class will be counted
- Put together your song list
Performance and Recitals
Students participate in monthly recitals showcasing their work. Students are required to be dressed in concert attire and present themselves as if in performance.
Group Classes
This is a group class of a maximum of 5 students per batch. Students work on vocal technique, and
songs weekly. The duration of the class is one hour weekly. Students are able to register for class packages: 4 | 8 | 12 classes. These classes are offered to seniors and separately to adults who want to learn to sing better and in a healthy way. Students are also able to avail of drop-in opportunities.
